As some of you might have noticed, some fanfics tend to have what we call a “commercial brake” inserted in the middle of the story. Just like the name says it, a commercial brake is some sort of advertisement the author uses in his story (just like when you watch a TV program and then the commercials appear). However, the big difference here is that the author usually puts stuff that will hopefully entertain the reader and that is nowhere near REAL advertisement. Technically, it’s done just for fun.
This is what this page is focusing on.

Below are a list of “Commercial brakes” which can be used if it pleases you. That’s right, you can TAKE these commercial brakes and put them IN a fanfic YOU wrote. The only condition to this is that you give credit in your fanfic to the person who wrote the “commercial brake”.
